We are excited to announce an improvement to our communication process! Previously, we used Sorenson, where only one administrator was responsible for individually returning phone calls. This sometimes caused delays in responses. To better serve you, we are now using Marco Polo, a group-based communication platform that allows all of our administrators to be available in one shared space.
This change ensures faster and more reliable responses, instead of waiting for one admin to get back to you, any available admin can reply right away.
