These exemptions are valid through March 3, 2027.
Exemptions Effective March 10, 2025
FMCSA has renewed exemptions for:
- David Helgerson (WI)
- Susan Helgerson (WI)
These exemptions are valid through March 10, 2027.
Exemptions Effective March 13, 2025
FMCSA has renewed exemptions for:
- John Huey (TX)
- Scott Putman (TX)
These exemptions are valid through March 13, 2027.
Exemption Effective March 19, 2025
FMCSA has renewed the exemption for:
- Victor Morales (TX)
This exemption is valid through March 19, 2027.
Exemption Validity
Each exemption remains valid for a period of two years from its effective date unless revoked earlier. FMCSA may revoke an exemption if the driver does not meet the conditions of the exemption, if safety is negatively affected, or if maintaining the exemption no longer aligns with the agency’s safety objectives.
