Hearing Exemption Renewals - October 2025

Summary

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has determined that fifteen individuals have met all necessary conditions to renew their exemptions from the hearing requirement for interstate commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. Each exemption is valid for a two-year period from its effective date.

Exemption Validity

Each exemption remains valid for two years unless revoked earlier. FMCSA may rescind an exemption if the driver does not meet its conditions, if safety is affected, or if continuation of the exemption no longer supports the agency’s safety objectives.
