Glenn Ferguson: Social Media Coordinator

Glenn Ferguson began his professional trucking career in January 2017 after earning his CDL-A. However, his experience behind the wheel started much earlier. Growing up, Glenn worked alongside his father, who operated vehicles requiring a Class B license. Those early years spent learning the ropes of trucking, hauling, and heavy-duty vehicle operation laid the foundation for Glenn's deep understanding of the industry.

Glenn spent much of his early career working with flatbeds and hauling oversize loads, gaining extensive experience in safe load securement, route planning, and compliance with transportation regulations. He also worked in farming and agriculture, where he further developed his mechanical skills and ability to operate a variety of equipment. His hands-on background taught him to work hard, stay adaptable, and take pride in doing the job right, every time.

In 2018, Glenn Ferguson, a dedicated truck driver at Paul Transportation Inc in Enid, Oklahoma, was recognized for achieving one full year of safe driving without a single CSA violation. This impressive milestone reflects Glenn’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellence on the road. Under the leadership of Troy Paul, President, and Kevin Andrew, Safety Director, Paul Transportation proudly acknowledged Glenn’s outstanding achievement, setting a strong example for all drivers in the company. Glenn’s safe driving record not only highlights his skill but also his dedication to keeping our roads safe for everyone.

Today, Glenn brings that same dedication, insight, and communication skillset to his role as Social Media Coordinator. With firsthand experience in the trucking world, he understands the stories, challenges, and spirit of the trucking community. His goal is to amplify driver voices, build engagement, and create a space where truckers feel seen, supported, and connected.

Glenn's journey from farm fields, flatbeds, oversize loads, and safe driving to digital storytelling reflects his passion for both trucking and advocacy. Through his work, he strives to bridge gaps, share resources, and contribute to a stronger, more informed trucking community.
