Over the course of his career, he has held key positions in warehousing, driving, office operations, accounting, dispatching, and fleet management. This comprehensive background provides him with unique insight into the inner workings of the transportation industry, from frontline operations to back-office logistics.

Currently, Zachary serves as a Fleet Manager, where he is responsible for overseeing transportation operations, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring logistical efficiency. His leadership style is shaped by practical, firsthand experience and a profound understanding of the challenges drivers and managers face on a daily basis. He is known for his strategic thinking, reliable judgment, and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.

In his role with Deaf Truckers United, Zachary is passionate about using his industry expertise to support and uplift Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in trucking.
